"OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE ADVISOR" is a new free newsletter that is published by www.strengthtrainingendeavors.com. To reduce clutter in your in-box yet frequent enough to achieve its objective, this newsletter will be sent out Bi-monthly.

Having access to and using the Best Strength Training Programs is a way of planning for long term sports health and fitness program success. Recess was the wonderful time when you stopped the important tasks you were doing to go out and play. You let your mind take a break from math and spelling lists and you moved and stretched your muscles in every possible way. Jumping, climbing, hanging upside down and laughing out loud. A time to recharge your brain and rejuvenate your body's needs.

A majority of us are now missing those essential components of recess. Many of us have become removed from seeing, feeling, or knowing joyfull, centered movements. Instead, we have allowed stress, prolonged sitting and standing, awkward positioning and repetitive activities to negatively affect our posture, our movements, and our strength!
